The whole family was out front one Saturday morning as David cut the grass out front. Caleb in his eagerness to help ran over to assist daddy in his grass cutting. Here are some of the pictures. He was so proud of himself.

Beautiful Fall

Fall is absolutely my favorite time of year. Perfect weather, and the leaves are turning and falling. I got some great shots of Dawson, and Noah outside. Unfortunately Caleb was more interested in following me around helping take the pictures. I did get a few of him but they turned out to blurry. Hope you enjoy.

Birthday!

I was gonna write all about Dawson's first birthday party and add some pictures, but.... David and I lost the piece that allows to take the pictures off our camera and load them to the computer. I will be buying a new one so as soon as I do I will have a bunch of new photos to post and some new things to write about.

Dawson's birthday was a lot of fun though. He seemed to get overwhelmed by all the people and of course all of the other kids wanted his toys:):) Natural for children to want to play with toys especially new ones:):) Dawson liked all of them though and was very upset when the kids tried to take them from him. He loved his cake. We stripped him down to a diaper and let him have fun. He had it everywhere. By time he was finished eating cake He was getting pretty sleepy. We gave him his bottle and he started to fall asleep in the highchair. It was sooo adorable. We have a picture of it, but..... Well you will just have to wait.

September 14th

So in a few days four years of an incredible marriage will be complete and I will be looking forward to the next four. I am so excited to celebrate our anniversary. I love David so much and he has been so great to me. He is an amazing husband and father. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to be with for the rest of my life.

This weekend we will be celebrating by having the whole house to ourselves. Caleb will be at my mother-in-law's Janet, Noah will be at our friend Lisa's house, and Dawson will be at my mom and dad's. I am excited to have the whole weekend to go to bed when we want, wake up when we want, and to just relax and spend some good quality time together.

I will write some more later. I have lots to write about with Dawson's one year birthday coming up on the 18th, and stuff like that. OH!!! I want to tell everyone. Dawson took his first steps today. YAY!! My baby is growing up.:):)

We are getting hit by a Tropical storm in a few hours. It has been really dark here and windy. The rain was non-stop last night. I kept waking up from it b/c it was loud. This morning the streets out front were completely flooded. The rain let up for a bit this morning, long enough to let the flooding go down, but it seems to be picking up again. As the storm grows closer it gets darker. It is awesome. I absolutely love storms. If I hadn't been a stay-at-home mom I would have liked to go to school to study meteorology. Maybe I could have been a storm chaser:):):) Anyway, I am gonna try and go out and take a picture or two in a minute so maybe I will have something to post a little later. If the power isn't out.
